The CET Life Sciences Center is a business incubator facility that offers laboratory and office space, equipment and infrastructure to early-stage biomedical companies. We help life sciences entrepreneurs start and grow businesses to turn promising ideas into commercial reality.
Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Nashville, the CET Life Sciences Center features flexible wet lab, dry lab and office space with opportunities for custom build-outs. We offer shared lab space and essential laboratory equipment to help tenants limit overhead costs and maximizeresources. Supported by business incubation experts, CET provides valuable insight on business plan development and marketing and financing strategies. Other tenant services include small business grant training, an employee benefits program and access to Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management Walker Management Library and Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Eskind Biomedical Library.
The Life Sciences Center features conference room, kitchen and other facilities as well as gated on-site parking and 24-hour secure access.
